Plug-in technology

The compact, pluggable Compax connection sleeve with a particularly high degree of prefabrication and the innovative, pluggable Cellplux connections for outdoor cone systems were specially developed for plastic-insulated 1-core medium-voltage cables. Thanks to the integrated system components and robust designs, cross-sectional connection solutions can also be implemented quickly and safely.

Contrax technology

The main components of Contrax medium-voltage terminations and connecting sleeves are integrated into a one-piece insulating body made of high-voltage-resistant silicone rubber. These are only expanded during assembly and installed effortlessly using the patented push-on aid.

All three BBC Cellpack technologies guarantee maximum installation and operational reliability - also thanks to comprehensive quality controls and routine tests.

Plug-in connections for switchgear, transformers and junction boxes

Shielded plugs from BBC Cellpack are used to connect medium-voltage cables to switchgear, transformers or other systems that are equipped with a bushing with an outer cone in accordance with EN 50180 and EN 50181.
