As a responsible manufacturer, BBC Cellpack Electrical Products also sees it as its duty to sensitise installers to clean and correct installation. Knowledge, as the most important capital for ensuring a permanently reliable power supply and the corresponding transfer of competence, is the basis of the holistic training concept of the BBC Cellpack Training Centre.

Theoretical introduction and practical installation of cable accessories

This three-day training course will give you an overview of low- and medium-voltage cable accessories. You will also acquire theoretical and practical expertise.

Contents

  • Theoretical introduction to low and medium voltage: cable structure, field control and products
  • Cable preparation: e.g. NA2XS2Y, NAKBA, NYY
  • Practical installation: cast resin connection joint M-joint, heat-shrink connection joint SMHSV, gel connection joint EASYCELL©, 1-conductor connection joints CHMSV, CAMSV-C, CKM, 1-conductor indoor termination CAE, 1-conductor outdoor termination CHESK, T-connector CTS, transition joint CHMPRSV

A paper belt cable, e.g. NAKBA 12 kV, must be provided by the participants*.

In this one-day training course, you will learn the basic techniques of cable preparation using professional tools and the assembly of connection sleeves, terminations and 630A T-connectors.
